الملخص

One day, the moon crashes into the heart of the city, and nothing is ever the same again. Half the city lies in ruins, and in its wake, people begin awakening strange new powers. These espers soon split into two factions: those who serve the city as government-licensed protectors, and those who live among the fallen moon, wielding their powers by their own rules.
